Default Flurry Sin

Armor: Any
Daggers: Vapiric and Zealous to switch off (use vampiric for damage, but switch to zealous for energy management)
Abilities:
Crit: 16
Shadow: 13
Dagger Mastery: 16
Throw in any runes you see fit.

Skills:
1. Golden Fox Strike
2. Wild Strike
3. Twisting Fangs
4. locusts fury
5. Critical eye
6. Way of Perfection
7. Critical Defence
8. Flurry

You can get a crit off on just about every attack. Way of perfection heals the damage you take, and you can use the three basic attack skills when needed.

A few things wrong...

Locusts Fury is a wasted elite as it only works on regular attacks, not attack skills.
Flurry isn't exactly the best IAS for a sin, as most sins rely on their high spike damage, and flurry reduces it a good bit. BoA is usually better.
Golden Fox is a bit random, Unsuspsecting or even Jagged would fit better there.
You can replace Twisting Fangs and Critical Eye with Critical Strike and Impale.

Example build made from your skill bar:

[skill]Unsuspecting Strike[/skill][skill]Wild Strike[/skill][skill]Critical Strike[/skill][skill]Impale[/skill][skill]Burst of Aggression[/skill][skill]Critical Defenses[/skill][skill]Way of Perfection[/skill][skill]Shadow Refuge[/skill]

Either of the heals can be changed to Feigned Neutrality, or a rez.

Also, attribs are 16, 16, and 13? Id like to see that work with more than 200 hp...

I'd like to see 16/16/13 work *ever* - you'd need 2 masks on at the same time to get it! :P

Also - Flurry isn't *too* bad for a 'sin - it has no effect on the +damage from skills so is a viable alternative if you don't have NF. However... as the OP does have NF - why gimp your damage?

Other than that... A mediocre chain with a 15-sec recycle, and a pretty poor (misplaced?) elite mkae for a rather 'meh' build.

The new Impale is awesome - even at a reasonably low spec (I generally run 14 Daggers / 13 Crits / 7/7 Shadow/Deadly) it's a decent chunk of earth damage nigh-on instant after your dual - IIRC 60 damage at 7, roughly equivalent to another off-hand strike. That, and it adds Deep Wound.

To be honest this deviates from a normal Assassin build.

As I can see this seems to be a "dodge tank" As you will be dodging around 70% of the attacks against you as well as healing everytime you score a critical. Even though im not a large fan of it because I believe that Assassins should spike then leave the scuffle this has the potential for "tanking"

Obviously your math is off in that you cant ever have 16 and 16 without some kinda blessing and you definently shouldnt depend on that. This build is far from exceptional but I find it interesting. You might wanna do a little tweaking before you post again.

Since the removing of evade from the game I guess it's called a Block Tank now ^^

Normal... I hate that word. If it werent for people that thought things were wrong because they werent "normal" humanity would be a much better place I think.

But anyway, whats the point of making anything new or any builds ever again if your gonna have an attitude like that?

I've used a flurry assassin, and it works well if what you are trying to do is get the attack chain off quickly, since flurry will not reduce damage from the skills themselves. In PvE works well enough.

Burst of Aggression, if you have Nightfall, works better IMHO. Burst of Aggression can be cap'd from Enadiz the Hardheaded I think it is in Arkjok Ward very easily.

i think he means raw attribute points, not the point+rune total, so 16 = 11 ranks in whatever

Sorry i touched your funny bone. By normal I meant "In and spike" assassins. These are the most prominent builds of today, you cant deny it. This build deviates from that because it has no "quick in" nor a "quick out" From what I see its designed to dodge and heal, much like a tank-type build.

Excuse me I shouldnt have used normal, I should have used popular or widely-used, I didn't guess that someone would have a fit over a 6 letter commonly used word. But obviously its my ignorance...

lol np, I just had a lot of bad experiences with people because they didn't accept anything that wasn't 'normal' for them.

Yes sir. Builds can be made well without elites, not saying the one I posted is the greatest thing ever, it was just a mock-up of an idea from the original. Locusts WAS wasted there though, as its only real strength would be in something like A/W with adrenal skills... If it worked on attack skills, then I might reconsider

But you gotta admit, I did take that build, completely remodel more than half of it, and still retain very high spikes, a deep wound, 100% critical hit skill instead of random ones, better(IMO) IAS, better heal, total spammability, and all that while keeping the same basic purpose and without an elite *pats self on back*
